Please have the following information ready to process your gift certificate order:

• Billing information as it appears on your credit card (name, address, city, state/province, postal/zip code)
• Certificate information such as who the gift certificate is for, who it is from and the dollar amount
• Payment information to include type of card in use (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), card number, expiration date
• Ship to information including name, address, city, state/province, postal/zip code and telephone number

There is no charge for shipping via regular mail. We will ship via FedEx Ground, 2-day, Standard or Priority for a fee.
